Orders received by 14:00 Mon–Fri are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next working day.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Pallets are kerbside delivery only; the carrier does not bring goods inside the property or carry upstairs.
Collection from our yard at 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ is available by appointment Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. Please email accounts@gaggroupltd.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance so we can have your order picked and ready.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a webshop order within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Trade orders (orders placed by a VAT-registered business or against a trade account) are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are returnable at our discretion.
If an item arrives damaged or we’ve picked the wrong thing, email accounts@gaggroupltd.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and the order reference. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Webshop orders are paid in full at checkout by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer for larger trade orders. All prices are quoted in GBP. Where customers pay from an international account, their bank will convert at the prevailing rate — we have no control over FX spread applied by third-party banks.
GBP → EUR conversion note. Our business bank account is held with Mistertango (Lithuania) and is EUR-denominated. GBP payments are converted to EUR on landing by our bank, which may result in the amount shown on our end differing slightly from the GBP sent. This has no effect on your order; the GBP total shown at checkout is what you are charged by your card issuer or sending bank. Any difference is bank-side FX spread.
