The ground rules for buying from G.A.G Group Ltd — shop orders and construction contracts both covered below.

These terms are between you and G.A.G Group Ltd, a limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 14300746) with registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire HR5 3DJ.
These terms apply to: (a) purchases from our trade shop at gaggroupltd.co.uk, and (b) construction and joinery services provided under written quote. Where a signed written quote or contract exists for construction services, those bespoke terms take precedence over the general terms in this document for that engagement.
All shop prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT (we are not currently VAT registered). Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not binding until we have received cleared payment and issued order confirmation.
Payment methods accepted: debit or credit card at checkout, or bank transfer for larger orders by prior arrangement.
We will send order confirmation by email on receipt of your order and a dispatch notification when goods ship. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if an item has been incorrectly priced, is no longer in stock, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
See our shipping page for lead times, services and costs. Lead times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance (EU orders) or circumstances beyond our control.
See our returns section. Consumer customers (UK) have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Trade customers do not have these rights but may return goods at our discretion.
Goods are supplied as described. For manufacturer-warranted items, the relevant manufacturer warranty applies. We will reasonably assist you in making a warranty claim.
Where we agree to provide construction, joinery or installation services, a separate written quote will set out the scope, price, payment schedule, timescale and specific terms. In the absence of specific written terms, the following apply:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability under or in connection with any order or contract shall not exceed the price paid or payable under that order or contract.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
